Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Meraki Wellness Surrey website and services. By booking a class, course, or retreat, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Bookings and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are as displayed at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the original price.

Cancellation Policy

• Classes: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class start time will receive a full refund or credit. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Courses: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus an administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
• Retreats: Cancellation terms vary by retreat and will be communicated at the time of booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Health and Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate in classes. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class.
• You participate in all classes and activities at your own risk. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.

Class Conduct

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
• Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent during classes.
• We expect all participants to treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
• Photography and recording are not permitted during classes without prior permission.

Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, Meraki Wellness Surrey is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your visit or participation in our classes. We recommend you do not bring valuables to the studio.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Meraki Wellness Surrey and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
